PMSC Sled and 50/50 Raffle

1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

2. Raffle

BC Gaming Event Licence #177058

1 for $20.00; 500 tickets
4 for $75.00; 1000 tickets
10 for $150.00; 3500 tickets

3. 50/50

BC Gaming Event Licence #176862

1 for $5.00; 1500 tickets
3 for $10.00; 3000 tickets

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

Maximum 50/50 payout will be $8,750.00.

4. Important Dates & Draw Information

Early Bird #1 Deadline
Early Bird #1 ticket sales deadline: November 15, 2026 at 8:00:00 p.m. PST
Early Bird #1 draw: November 15, 2026 at 9:00:00 p.m. PST

Early Bird #2 Deadline
Early Bird #2 ticket sales deadline: December 15, 2026 at 8:00:00 p.m. PST
Early Bird #2 draw: December 15, 2026 at 9:00:00 p.m. PST

Early Bird #3 Deadline
Early Bird #3 ticket sales deadline: January 15, 2027 at 8:00:00 p.m. PST
Early Bird #3 draw: January 15, 2027 at 9:00:00 p.m. PST

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: March 22, 2027 at 8:00:00 p.m. PDT

Draw
Sled Raffle draw: March 22, 2027 at 9:00:00 p.m. PDT
50/50 draw: March 22, 2027 at 9:00:00 p.m. PDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at PO Box 329, Whistler, BC V0N 1B0

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://raffles.powdermountainsnowmobileclub.com/winners on March 22, 2027.

5. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Powder Mountain Snowmobile & Outdoor Recreation Club.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Powder Mountain Snowmobile & Outdoor Recreation Club or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

6. Privacy

Powder Mountain Snowmobile & Outdoor Recreation Club does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

7. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: peter.sheffield@powdermountainsnowmobileclub.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

8. Delay in Draw

Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

9. Other
